Mission
We are stewards to the work that we represent. Our mission at 7cousins is to pass along the messages each painting conveys.
7cousins mobile gallery debuted in March of 2024 in Union Square, New York City. What began out of pure practicality, using our mobile home to transport the paintings, evolved into an immersive art experience tailor-made for (A+): bringing fine art to the street.
It is not in (A+)’s nature to ask permission and his work needed to be seen. Born out of these convictions, the gallery approach had to match the brazenness of the painter and his paintings.
We traveled westward. We experimented, and the gallery matured. When we landed in Los Angeles in 2025, we began to seep into the skin of the city, to commune and to present these paintings with eyes they seek.

I think of the work I am doing as the conduit to my soul's purpose. I imagine waves that have been traveling toward shores since the beginning of time, and its sole purpose is to touch everything it comes in contact with before hitting shore and, importantly, to do it all over again through several lifetimes.
The work I do starts before each painting begins. It is the impact of water nexus in servitude. What visually sits on canvases as paintings are the lives of so many whose first conversation of deliverance with me roots itself deeply in trust and honor.
In critical analysis of self, I find the child-like abstraction offers me grounds for self-discovery, unlearning the parts of the mind that cultivate limitation into existence. My steps toward paintings are guided through quiet spiritual conversations within my subconscious mind between controlling and allowing the messages each canvas brought me to shine through.
What remains true to the work I am doing or within the art that comes through me, is the constant need to honor the singularity that offers each person to find their reflection in another.
